3 Parts of Faith – RC Sproul

  1. Knowledge of Christ, who he is and what he has done.

———  Most of the World Stops Here  —– Evangelism

  1. We must affirm our knowledge of Christ is true.

——–   Even Demons Believe This Much  ———–

  1. Entrusting ourselves into the hands of Christ, the Living Truth – must also be present for our justification.

Chair Example

  • If you are going to speak the truth:
    • God saves man, man does not save himself
    • Jesus Christ is the only way to truth and life
  • Expect persecution
  • If you follow Christ you will have:
    • Upper room days & violet storms
    • You may stumble like Peter BUT you will immerge strong, why? You will have learned to trust in the LORD and not yourself!

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

  • What kind of belief
    • Resting in Christ
  • Storms may abound but your HOPE is in Christ
